Powder Coating

Fully automated ,Eco friendly,Swiss make,ITW-GEMA Powder Coating plant.
It consists of:Pre-treatment Bath, Drying, Powder Coating Booth, Curing.

Drying

Hot air drying removes all the wetting agents from the surface of the metal substrate.The packaged products are individually checked, clearly labeled and stacked in the finished goods e area.

pre-treatment bath

The pre-treatment bath consist of 5 chambers :Degreasing, Water rinse I , Water rinse II, Nano coating and Water rinse III. The pre-treatment process enhances the degree of powder adhesion r to the metal substrate.

Powder Coating Booth

The booth is equipped with manual and automatic guns.Parameters like speed of the conveyor, air flow, current and voltage for each gun is maintained to meet the quality standards of coating.

Curing

Curing of the powder adhering to the components is done in a separate oven whose temperature plays a key role in the binding of the powder to the surface of the components.

Assembly

Operation of a well-organized platform in the assembly area reduces cycle time. The assembly team enhances the customer service dimension by ensuring prompt delivery of products.

Storage Area

Material storage areas are distinct and earmarked. The incoming materials and components are kept in a safe store room. Sheets and cylinders are stacked separately and consumed based on the demand.
